Set your gaming limits

We offer a range of useful tools and services to help you enjoy a fun, responsible gaming experience. Make sustainable gaming decisions by setting your personal gaming limits.

Deposit limit

By setting a deposit limit, you can decide how much money you are allowed to deposit in your player account over a certain period of time.

Example:

If you set a weekly limit of CHF 100 and have already deposited CHF 70 during the current week, you can only deposit an additional CHF 30 before the end of the week.

If you increase the limit, the change will not come into effect until the start of the next (weekly/monthly) limit period or until at least 72 hours later. You can reduce the limit with immediate effect.

Loss limit

The loss limit lets you specify the maximum amount of money you are prepared to lose in a 24-hour period. The limit helps you control your gaming behaviour and manage how much you spend. Any amounts you have won or lost within the period are taken into account.

Example:

If you have set a loss limit of CHF 500 and have already played for CHF 300 and won CHF 100, your loss at this point will be CHF 200. You still have CHF 300 to go until you reach your limit. You can reduce the limit at any time with immediate effect. If you raise your limit, the change will not take effect until at least 24 hours later.

The loss limit is a legal requirement in Switzerland. Each player can adjust their own loss limit to suit their needs. The limit cannot be deleted; you can only increase or reduce it.

Timeout

If you would like to take a break from gaming or want to stop using a certain game category for a while without going through the process of requesting a Switzerland-wide exclusion, simply use the “timeout” feature. This feature lets you exclude yourself from specific game categories or from the entire range of games to prevent you from using them during your chosen time period.

Please note that once you have set a timeout, you cannot simply deactivate it. If you want to end the timeout before the chosen time period is over, you will need to apply to Customer Service and have your request approved by our customer care department. The maximum timeout is six months.

Reminders

You can set up notifications that will remind you how long you have been gaming. These can help give you a better idea of how much time you have spent playing and prevent you from missing important commitments.

Gaming history

The gaming history feature shows you how much you have bet and won in the game and the overall outcome of your gaming activities over a selected period of time. For more detailed insights, you can filter by game categories and individual games.
