Studies have shown that many people around the world struggle to control their gaming behaviour on a daily basis. This is why we decided to take a proactive approach by helping our players identify the signs of problematic gaming habits at an early stage.
Is gaming becoming an issue for you?
Are you finding it increasingly difficult to control your gaming, and has it started to have a negative impact on your life? We can help you select the right strategy, whether it’s simply talking to someone who can help, setting a gaming budget, taking a timeout or requesting a voluntary exclusion.

Do you know someone who needs support?
Are you worried about another person’s gaming habits? As a partner, family member or friend, you can – and should – do something to help that person.
As a friend or family member, you can notify us about an individual’s problematic gaming behaviour, for example, or about the negative impact that gaming is having on their finances. We can then discuss the situation with you and work together to find a solution.
Contact our Customer Service or our Social Responsibility Manager and find out how you can help.
