Deposits and withdrawals
The options available to you are visible when you choose a deposit or withdrawal method.
Your gaming account may only be used for gaming. myCasino charges no fees for deposits or withdrawals to/from your gaming account, however your bank may charge a transfer fee for deposits according to bank policy. myCasino will, however, debit a transaction and handling fee from your gaming account for all transactions made for purposes other than for gaming.
The minimum deposit is 10 CHF and the minimum withdrawal is the same amount. The maximum deposit varies depending on the payment option selected and in certain cases may also be affected by the length of a customer’s relationship with myCasino.
Deposits are restricted in several ways. If your deposit is declined you can try again with a lower amount. If your deposit is repeatedly declined we ask you to contact our Helpdesk so we can help you with specific cases. Your first deposit to your gaming account has to be made from your bank account. You will then be able to make card payments if you so wish.
1. Twint
Our Gaming Service currently supports TWINT deposits which is an Swiss e-wallet. With the TWINT app, you can make payments easily and conveniently: in real time, from your smartphone.
If you use your bank’s TWINT app, you can link TWINT to your bank account in a simple manner or save your credit card. When you make payments with TWINT, the purchase amount will be debited directly to your bank account or credit card.
When you use the TWINT prepaid app you can top up credit in your app.

You can make deposits with Visa and Mastercard. The amount will be debited your card immediately. It is also possible to use Postfinance Cards for deposits.
After you make a deposit your card will be saved in your profile, so that you don’t need to give your card number every time you make a deposit. You can delete saved cards from your profile if you so wish. Your information is saved in a secure way in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Certain cards are connected to Verified by Visa and 3D SecureCode. If you have problems with these codes we ask you to contact the issuing bank for information about these security programs. The same applies to card-specific questions.
4. E-wallets
Our Gaming Service currently supports two e-wallets, Skrill and Neteller. You can become a customer, of either of them, free of charge. It is easy to use for making both deposits and withdrawals.
The deposit methods provided by the individual payment intermediary services will be indicated on their websites and may vary between countries, but in most cases they will support Visa and MasterCard, as well as reference payment options. We recommend opening an Internet wallet account in CHF, as we automatically direct your payment into an account with CHF. If you choose to open an e-wallet account in another currency, you risk a currency exchange at the e-wallet itself at their rates applicable on the day in question.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals of your winnings are paid at your request to a specified bank account. Payments may take 1-2 banking days.
It is extremely important that you provide the correct details for your bank account. We accept no liability for any incorrect payments made as a result of an incorrect bank account number being provided. If you are not sure how you should enter your bank account details, please contact our Help Desk.
We support withdrawals in CHF and to bank accounts in Switzerland only.
If you use an e-wallet, withdrawals will be sent to your e-wallet, from where you can request funds.
Large withdrawals may be delayed by our security procedures.
